Job Summary:

We are looking for a female Marketing Executive to handle back-end operations and support the marketing team in day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing documentation, coordination, and communication tasks efficiently to ensure smooth execution of marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments for marketing material requirements.

Maintain marketing data, records, and reports (such as campaign tracking, vendor lists, and budgets).

Support in preparing quotations, purchase requests, and follow-ups with suppliers.

Handle administrative and back-office tasks related to marketing activities.

Assist in managing promotional materials, packaging artworks, and approvals.

Coordinate for samples, dispatches, and logistics related to marketing activities.

Support digital and offline marketing initiatives by managing documentation and correspondence.

Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, presentations, and MIS reports for the marketing team.

Ensure smooth communication flow between the marketing and other departments.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or back-end operations (preferably in pharma/FMCG or similar industries).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
