Job Description:
The job holder has accountability for effective and efficient monitoring and maintaining quality and food safety systems compliance status at the manufacturing unit which are necessary for smooth operations and introduction of new products; and provides periodic feedback to various stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee implementation of Global Policy Requirements into Site SOPs & Actual Practice
- Assure that all QA documents meet established divisional, corporate and regulatory standard and that these documents are an efficient, effective system for both their use and Quality Assurance .
- Develop and ensure that required quality system related documents are in place and in use for New Product Introductions for timely execution.
- Conduct gap analysis for corporate and division policies, site level documents and regulatory requirements applicable to site and develop action plan to close the gap and mitigate risk
- Oversee implementation of Internal Audit & Global CAPA Compliance Schedule as well as Document Control Activity for JH Site.
- Update JH Site's QMS with upcoming new Management Systems as well as Global Requirements
- Compile Monthly Data & Report to Division for Matric Update
- Maintain the Quality System files and associated documentation including Document Change control, Audits, Management Review, Mock Recall, etc.
- Compile all materials required for regulatory submissions, license renewal, and registrations. They must stay current with regulatory procedures and changes in AQR/AN quality systems.
- Ensure the system compliance to ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP, BIS and FSSAI requirements in and around the manufacturing facility by regular interaction with all stakeholders and action planning
- Training of employees on GMP, QMS and Food Safety Requirements
