Job Description:

 

 

  1. Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation related to open positions.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and consultants.
  • Manage candidate documentation and process records.
  • Support onboarding coordination activities.
  • Prepare periodic reports and status updates for management.
  1. Consultant & Vendor Coordination
  • Act as the point of contact for external consultants and staffing partners.
  • Share role requirements and collect candidate profiles.
  • Track submissions and maintain vendor performance records.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with consultants.
  • Coordinate documentation and invoice processing with vendors.
  1. Townhall & Event Coordination
  • Plan and coordinate company Townhall meetings (logistics, invites, communication).
  • Prepare presentations, communication drafts, and event materials.
  • Liaise with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Compile feedback and prepare post-event reports.
  1. Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Draft internal emails, announcements, and HR communications.
  • Maintain professional and clear communication across departments.
  • Ensure timely updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives.
