Job Description:
- Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation related to open positions.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and consultants.
- Manage candidate documentation and process records.
- Support onboarding coordination activities.
- Prepare periodic reports and status updates for management.
- Consultant & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the point of contact for external consultants and staffing partners.
- Share role requirements and collect candidate profiles.
- Track submissions and maintain vendor performance records.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with consultants.
- Coordinate documentation and invoice processing with vendors.
- Townhall & Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate company Townhall meetings (logistics, invites, communication).
- Prepare presentations, communication drafts, and event materials.
- Liaise with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Compile feedback and prepare post-event reports.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Draft internal emails, announcements, and HR communications.
- Maintain professional and clear communication across departments.
- Ensure timely updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives.
